While juice fasting is a safe and healthy practice for the majority of people, I don’t recommend it for those with critical heart conditions, diabetes, or chronic conditions such as cancer (especially those actively undergoing oncology treatments). If you're taking medications for high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other serious health conditions please consult your physician before participating in this juice fast. Fasting is unsafe for pregnant or lactating women, too.
Please always seek professional advice before starting new eating habits. If you are unsure if a juice fast is right for you - please contact [email protected] and we can advise you on the matter.
